Leasing/Transaction Management
We manage lease transactions for landlords and tenants from start-to-finish. The strength and basis for our successful transaction management originates in our historical ties to the local and regional business community, as well as relationships outside of the immediate area with peers and colleagues in the brokerage community that we know from the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the National Association of REALTORS®. Property Marketing
We have good and long-standing relationships with The Triangle’s commercial real estate brokerage community and have completed transactions with the vast majority of them. When marketing property, The Lewis Group consistently sends property fliers and brochures electronically to the brokerage community and individually to companies with whom we know or may think that the property we are marketing would be a good fit for their current and future space requirements. We maintain building signage and place signage prominently for maximum visibility. We monitor and research the market as subscribers of CoStar Group Inc. and related property marketing reports and media.
 

Acquisitions and Dispositions
Ascertaining the value of commercial property comes from local market knowledge, deep transactional experience in the properties that we trade on behalf of clients and solid market research.
